Return Policy

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 60 days of delivery (U.S. orders only).

To be eligible:
. Item must be unused and in its original condition
. All packaging and accessories should be included

To start a return, just shoot us an email at sajtrioinc@theracoreco.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’re returning it.

Heads up: Return shipping costs are on you — unless the item was damaged or we sent the wrong one.

Refunds

Once your return lands back with us and we’ve had a chance to check it out, we’ll let you know.

If everything checks out:
. Refunds go back to your original payment method
. Please allow 5–10 business days for the bank to process it
. Shipping fees (if any) aren’t refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect

Damaged or Wrong Order?

We’re really sorry about that! If your item showed up damaged or it’s not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

Exchanges

Need a different color or size? We got you. Email us and we’ll help with the swap — as long as we’ve got it in stock.
